CUBRO is a rapidly growing digital-native brand that is revolutionizing how consumers design and purchase customized furniture. Our mission is to provide affordable design —high-quality, custom furniture at a reasonable cost.
How do we do it? We combine the versatility of IKEA’s METOD and PAX systems with our exclusive designs, optimizing manufacturing and logistics processes. In just three years, we have designed, manufactured, and delivered over 4,500 projects across Spain, France, and Germany. But this is just the beginning—we want to expand our offering and enhance our customers’ experience.
Now, we are looking for our first in-house Product Designer to lead the digital evolution of our platform and transform the way users discover, design, and purchase their furniture.
How We WorkUntil now, we have worked with external agencies, but we are building our first internal product development team. As our first Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to lay the foundation for our digital product design, directly impacting user experience and conversion rates.
We face the challenge of improving how users explore, plan, and purchase their kitchens and wardrobes, adapting to our three key markets:
Spain, France, and Germany.
Our technology stack is based on Shopify and Hub Spot, and we have developed tools that transform the planning and purchasing experience for furniture. Additionally, many of our internal processes are still spreadsheet-based and need to be converted into more efficient digital tools.
Why You’ll Love This ChallengeYou’ll be the first in-house Product Designer, with the opportunity to shape the digital experience from the ground up.
You’ll work in an agile startup without unnecessary hierarchies, where your ideas truly matter.
You’ll tackle UX and process design challenges in a traditionally offline industry.
You’ll validate and improve your designs using real user feedback and data.
You’ll have the chance to go on-site and see firsthand how architects and customers renovate their kitchens.
What We’re Looking ForPreferred:
French or German.
If you’ve made it this far and this challenge excites you…
