*** The Patient Recruitment Supporter
*** role is a key position within Global Perspectives and the Patient Recruitment team: we are an innovative and forward-thinking team at the cutting-edge of new patient recruitment and engagement strategies.
*** What the role looks like
**** Ideation and delivery of patient recruitment and engagement strategies
* Play a key role in the implementation and delivery of innovative solutions to enrol and engage patients in non-interventional and market research studies (including but not limited to qualitative interviews, online surveys, ad-boards, longitudinal studies etc)
* You will work very closely with the patient, as well as with the Project Management team, and partner with Patient Organisations and other healthcare stakeholders
* You will lead and be responsible for patient recruitment success, including meeting key performance metrics, delivering within timelines, and customer satisfaction
* Utilize various methods for recruitment including our internal patient panel, Social Media, Patient Associations to locate and recruit potential participants
* Support the growth of our internal patient panel by leveraging various patient engagement approaches
* Get involved in problem solving, process improvement activities and innovation implementation
*** Requirements:
**** A Bachelor Degree
* Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
* Excellent organizational, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
* Communication and strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, colleagues and other stakeholders.
* Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
* Proficient in the use of MS Office application. Strong understanding of Excel is advantageous.
* Full written and verbal communication skills including excellent command of English. Other European languages (Italian, French and German) is advantageous
