Descripción del trabajo
- Ensuring the products are delivered to the right customer on time.
- Contributing to the sale of the company’s products by promoting them among customers if required.
- Dealing with and resolving any customers’ complaints.
- Working with the warehouse in the management of customer’s orders.
- Being in touch with the Wholesalers Purchase Managers to assure a proper distribution of the products.
- Reporting KPI (Wholesalers and Farmavenix).
- Maintaining customer database and commercial offers.
- Knowledge in hospital bidding and tenders.
- Knowledge of the functioning of the pharmaceutical market in Spain.
- Min 2 years of experience in custeomer service.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel on advanced level.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate in English, min B1 level.
