Florentine is an upscale casual dining restaurant brand born in Stockholm. Offering culinary experiences in a glamorous setting straight from the Italian movie scene.

Our homemade Italian food and drinks are crafted with passion from carefully selected artisanal ingredients.

The concept is part of Urban Italian Group (UIG) and we are a family of 500 amazing people that keeps growing, operating 14 restaurants across four brands and concepts:
Florentine, Basta, Lola Maria, and Trattoria Giorgio’s, serving over 4.000 guests daily.

We are looking for an elegant and knowledgeable Maître‑Sommelier with a strong background in refined, full‑service dining environments. You are a natural host, a confident floor leader, and a passionate wine professional who understands how service, storytelling, and attention to detail elevate the guest experience.

• Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the dining room operations and lead the wine experience at Florentine Madrid ensuring every service reflects the sophistication, warmth and authenticity of the brand.

• You will manage and develop the wine list, working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to create pairings that elevate the overall gastronomic offering. With a strong and consistent presence on the floor, you will set the pace of service, build lasting relationships with guests, and ensure every experience is elegant, personal, and memorable.

Buscamos un Maître‑Sommelier con experiencia en restauración de alto nivel, entornos gastronómicos cuidados y servicio de sala refinado. Eres un anfitrión natural, con liderazgo en sala y una profunda pasión por el vino, el servicio y la experiencia del cliente.

• Reportando al General Manager serás responsable de supervisar la operativa de la sala y liderar la experiencia enológica en Florentine Madrid garantizando que cada servicio refleje la sofisticación, calidez y autenticidad de la marca.

• Gestionarás y desarrollarás la carta de vinos y colaborarás estrechamente con cocina y barra para crear armonías que eleven la propuesta gastronómica. Con una presencia constante en sala, marcarás el ritmo del servicio, construirás relaciones duraderas con los clientes y asegurarás que cada experiencia sea elegante, personal y memorable.
