The successful candidate will participate in project teams, working with clients on the execution of various engagements and assist with ongoing business development activity. As such, key activities include:

• Modelling financial and operational scenarios
• Analysing operations (e.g. OEE assessment, FTE benchmarking)
• Assessing company financials
• Researching markets
• Developing business plans
• Identifying upside / downside potential
• Planning carve-outs and integrations
• Managing and implementing programmes
• Writing presentations and reports
• Attending client/internal meetings (including regular and extensive travel)
• Supporting junior team members

Basic Qualifications

• University degree level (or equivalent), preferably in a numerical degree or one with a numerical element
• Demonstrable consulting experience
• Project experience in high-paced environments focused on rapid results (e.g. rapid performance improvement, turnaround, due diligence)
• Work experience and the ability to demonstrate results delivery across functions in at least some of the following focus areas: performance improvement/turnaround (diagnosis), operations, business plan review/development, industry experience (e.g. consumer goods, retail, pharma, transportation and logistics, travel and leisure), implementation, market assessment, and transactions experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional industry experience is an advantage
• Excellent consulting skills, specifically: hypothesis-driven problem solving, strong verbal and written communication, client-ready PowerPoint production for senior audiences
• Relationship-building skills and ability to work in diverse teams
• Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders
• Strong EQ and IQ
• Excel-based analytic and modelling skills; good knowledge of P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
• Demonstrable and relevant industry expertise in companies with complex operations or environments (highly preferred)
• Fluent Spanish speaker and writer
