Your Tasks

The Business Development & Insights Manager E-commerce will play an important role in shaping data and insight-driven decision-making within E-commerce for ONE BDF in the MU. You will be responsible for analyzing & linking together data from multiple datasets, identifying trends, and recommending actions based on insights to optimize commercial processes and increase revenue. You will be a part of an enthusiastic, performance driven E-commerce team.

• Manage diverse datasets from multiple sources and implement visual enhancements.
• Conduct comprehensive data cleansing/processing/mapping/aggregation/enrichment to enable reporting and complex analysis preparation.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth and propose action plans.
• Contribute to commercial strategy through fact-based analyses and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and custom reports to address business problems and support decision making processes.
• Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Present findings and recommendations to management and other internal and external stakeholders.

• Commercial mindset with strong analytical, strategic, and data‑driven thinking.
• Proficient in market analysis tools (Nielsen, IQVIA, MIQ) and skilled at interpreting complex data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office and data visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Problem‑solving and solution‑oriented, able to identify issues and drive process improvements.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and effective both independently and in cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present clear recommendations to stakeholders and maintain a positive, resilient, can‑do attitude.
• Languages:
  
  English fluency, Spanish and Italian are nice to have.
• Residing in Madrid or Milano, with the availability to travel between both cities.
