We’re seeking a proactive, analytical, and highly organized Global Staffer to keep our projects running smoothly and our teams at full capacity. • Manage and monitor time tracking systems to ensure accurate project hours and allocations
• Plan and allocate resources across multiple projects, balancing capacity, priorities, and budgets
• Collaborate closely with HRBPs and Country Managers to support headcount planning and align people with business goals
• Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations
• Oversee entries and exits to projects, ensuring smooth onboarding, offboarding, and project staffing
• Support project management activities tied to resource planning and optimisation
• Communicate insights and updates clearly with stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions

Minimum experience in HR, workforce planning, or project/resource management

Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset

Excellent communication skills and the courage to engage stakeholders at all levels

Experience in headcount planning, resource allocation, and aligning people vs. budget

Hands‑on experience with time tracking and project management systems

Fluent English (C1) – you communicate clearly and confidently.
