** Summary of the role
** We are looking for a
** Senior Portfolio & Go‑to‑Market Strategy Lead
** to drive key strategic initiatives across our Hospitality Product portfolio. In this role, you will shape the evolution of our portfolio and offering as we transition from a product‑centric model to a fully integrated
** customer‑centric solutions approach**.You will play a pivotal role in defining the strategic direction of our hospitality solutions, redesigning portfolio structures, analysing customer and market dynamics, and ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering & Technology, Product Marketing, and Commercial teams.
This is a highly visible, impactful strategic position with strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence the future of our Hospitality business.
** Main Responsibilities
** Portfolio & Offering Strategy
* Lead strategic initiatives to define and evolve the Hospitality portfolio and offering across strategic horizons (1–2).
* Reshape the portfolio structure using a customer‑segment‑driven approach in line with our move to solutions.
* Identify, assess and prioritize portfolio evolutions (enhancements, new products) based on market potential, customer needs, competitive landscape, and strategic fit.
* Build a clear, harmonized portfolio taxonomy linked to our go‑to‑market ambitions.
Go‑to‑Market Strategic Projects
* Ensure the go‑to‑market viability of our strategic offering through strong collaboration with Product Marketing and Commercial Operations.
* Contribute to defining mid‑term requirements for digital transformation (lead‑to‑order, order‑to‑delivery, delivery‑to‑cash).Strategic Execution & Leadership
* Drive cross‑functional alignment across Product Management, PMM, Engineering & Technology, and Commercial teams.
* Lead analyses, recommendations, and prioritization activities tied to market trends, customer needs and value creation.
* Oversee the follow‑up on strategic decisions, ensuring execution, reporting, and accountability.
* Influence senior leadership (Directors, Heads of Product, Commercial leaders) to secure alignment and engagement.
Solutions Transformation & Change Leadership
* Champion the transition from traditional products to customer‑centric solutions.
* Promote a solutions‑focused culture across teams through change‑management engagement.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders (Product, PMM, Transformation, Strategy, Partnerships, Sales Specialists) to maximize impact and adoption.
** About the ideal candidate
*** 10+ years of experience in strategy, business management, consulting, finance, or portfolio roles.
* Experience collaborating with senior leaders and managing cross-functional projects.
* Background in technology or travel-tech preferred; hospitality knowledge is helpful.
* Good strategic, financial, and problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities.
* Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or similar (MBA is a plus).
