• Maintain strong relationships with sales, marketing, finance, and supply planning teams to understand demand forecasting drivers and potential risks.
• Challenge and build consensus-driven forecasts with sales and marketing teams, ensuring full volume and value alignment.
• Gather, prepare, analyze, validate and share forecast data, including historical data, market trends and local requirements for Global Specialties
• Improve forecast accuracy and BIAS while maintaining and reporting forecast-related KPIs.
• Track actual sales performance, analyze drivers of sales changes, and take appropriate actions to meet plans
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Global Specialties, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, supply plans, and business objectives.
• Own the S&OP meeting structure for Global Specialties and ensure effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
• Act as the main contact for central KPI reporting, ensuring global KPIs align with local realities and challenging global processes when necessary
• Coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning teams.
• Work closely with the supply chain team to monitor inventory levels and address replenishment needs or mitigate over-coverage situations.
• Manage country supply plans to meet anticipated customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing exposure to excess and obsolete stocks.
• Resolve supply issues by collaborating with country management and developing joint action and contingency plans
• Support new launches for Global Specialties and ensure best launch forecasts on time while working closely together with Global Launch Management and affiliates to understand requirements for new product introductions

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional degree, preferably with focus Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multinational environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in customer service and logistics is an advantage.
• Proven expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Power Bi (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of SAP, IBP and/or similar ERP systems (desirable).
• Experience with end-to-end planning cycles and scenario planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adaptability to change and process improvements.
• Drive for results and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong and active English language proficiency, another language is an advantage
