We now have an exciting opportunity for an Affiliate Specialist to join our Central Europe DTC team, with a focus on the Spanish and Italian markets. We are looking for a driven specialist with strong Affiliate & Partner Marketing experience in Spain and Italy to help execute and scale our strategy in line with our ambitious DTC trading and growth objectives.
Reporting into the Head of Affiliate & Partner Marketing (Central Europe), you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of the affiliate channels, with the mission to manage affiliate programs, optimize sales initiatives, and accelerate growth with key partners across Spain and Italy.
This role will execute and adapt the affiliate and partner plan, while planning and delivering promotions and growth initiatives across the region.
The ideal candidate will be based in our Milano office in Italy OR our Madrid office in Spain based on current location.
What You'll Do- Execute and optimize the affiliate strategy for Spain and Italy to drive DTC revenue growth.
- Manage the AWIN affiliate network in close collaboration with AWIN Account Managers, ensuring best-in-class execution and performance.
- Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners including publishers such as influencers, cashback, voucher, content- & tech partners, price comparison sites, CPC cooperations, etc.
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with the affiliate network and individual affiliate partners to maximize performance and profitability.
- Plan and execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives together with affiliate partners and the network.
- Manage creatives, offers, commissions, and ongoing communication with publishers within the affiliate network.
- Monitor performance against KPIs, analyze trends, and continuously optimize the channel.
- Attend meetings and prepare regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key affiliates while diversifying the publisher and vertical mix.
- Collaborate closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Performance, Social, and Creative teams to support overall business objectives.
- Support Shark Ninja product launches, key trading moments, and the testing of new growth opportunities.
- Contribute to regional and global best practices, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within the affiliate channel.
- Own day-to-day affiliate platform and network management.
- Create promotional codes and manage sample send-outs, commission adjustments, campaign setups, sales validations.
- Brief, coordinate, and manage banner and creative requests for campaigns and exclusive affiliate cooperations.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, product feeds, and smooth technical execution across all affiliate activities.
- Manage budgets, onboard vendors, coordinate contracts with Legal as well as relevant invoice coordination.
- 1–3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing and/or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, networks, platforms, and top publishers in Spain and Italy.
- Hands-on experience managing affiliate networks (AWIN experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable working with external partners.
