Position Summary:

Specializing in judicial amount claims: order for payment, ordinary, oral, executive, mortgage, bankruptcy, etc. In charge of the preparation of demands, study of documentation, solvency analysis. Procedural monitoring and procedural instigation.

Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Preparation of claims (study of documentation and solvency analysis)
• Filing and monitoring of demands
• Attendance at visits
• Negotiations with clients/lawyers/insolvency administrators
• Monitoring and control of procedures managed by external lawyers
• Instigation of the procedures initiated: drafting of writings, appeals, updating of actions with solicitors/lawyers/Courts, procedural successions, etc.
• Audit of files and control of actions
• Monitoring of payment agreements reached

Professional Experience/

Qualifications:

• Law degree
• Specific training in quantity claim
• High knowledge of bank products and financial institutions; loans, credit, and revolving cards
• Minimum experience of 1-2 years in judicial claim of massive failed debt
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High Office level
• Organization skills
• Attention to detail
• Negotiating skills
• Time management

• Adaptability to change
• Desirable high level of English
