****** An opportunity for a Building & construction engineer/architect has arisen within
** Airbus Operations S.L,
** Getafe, Madrid
**** The selected candidate will join the
** Facility Management Real Estate (FMRE) team
** and inside FMRE, the
** Building Construction team**. FMRE is a key department in Airbus in charge of: ESG policies in the facilities, all civil works, supply and management of energy, transportation, hospitality, maintenance of the facilities, designing the spaces of the offices, etc.
**** The*
* ** candidate will have a
** multi-purpose profile**, capable of providing support to functions within FMRE and outside the scope of B&C when business needs and workload so require. The selected candidate, based in Getafe, will be
** available to travel
** occasionally to any of the Airbus sites in Spain with the frequency and duration required by the projects.
** The position described in the JR is on-site due to the scope of the activities. The possibility of remote work may be considered on a punctual and exceptional basis, in accordance with company policies and depending on the needs of FMRE and the specific projects

** SKILLS
* * Technical skills we are looking for: being accountable and responsible for building and construction works and projects under Airbus responsibility:
* Engineering | Architecture | (level = EQF7 / MECES
3)
* Building background
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and/or infrastructure projects ( 10+ years of experience preferred)
* Valuable experience in construction projects in the industrial sector.
* Project management experience / Project management skills
* Quality assurance
* Technical management
* Procedures follow up
* Cap Ex/OpEx & finance control
* R&O management
* Planning management
* Licenses & administration management
* Negotiation level of English
** Mandatory experience in building & construction area, as an engineer in field/or as a project technical manager.
** In terms of
** leadership**, the successful candidate must demonstrate the following skills:
