We are currently looking for a Freelance Planner to join our team and support industrial and EPCM projects in Italy

What is the role About?

As a Planner at Group-IPS, you will be responsible for defining, structuring and optimising project plans for complex industrial projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are properly planned from early phases through execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• • Developing integrated project plans and planning strategies for EPCM projects.
• • Defining project structure, sequencing, milestones and critical paths.
• • Performing high-level and detailed planning using tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• • Analysing dependencies, risks, constraints and alternative scenarios.
• • Supporting Project Managers in decision-making related to planning and project strategy.
• • Coordinating planning inputs across engineering, procurement and construction disciplines.
• • Establishing planning baselines and supporting schedule-related reporting.
• • Contributing to continuous improvement of planning methodologies and standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project planning within industrial, EPCM or infrastructure environments.
• Strong experience with Primavera P6 for complex project planning and MS project.
• Freelance professional available for project-based collaboration.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and opportunities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in Spanish;
  English and/or Italian are a plus.
• Availability to travel when required.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
