ACCIONA is delivering critical transmission infrastructure to connect renewable energy projects to the national grid. Our National Transmission Team manages high-voltage transmission lines, substations, and grid connection works across multiple states. These projects are essential to strengthening Australia’s energy network and enabling the transition to clean energy.

We are seeking a Health and Safety Manager – Transmission to join ACCIONA Mechanical and Electrical’s National Transmission Team. This national role will lead health and safety strategies across high-voltage transmission projects, including overhead lines and substations. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to embed a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS legislation and standards.

• Lead health and safety planning for transmission projects
• Flexibility to travel and work onsite is essential
• Drive compliance with WHS legislation and ACCIONA standards
• Conduct audits and risk assessments across project sites
• Provide expert advice to project teams and stakeholders
• Develop and implement safety improvement initiatives
• Champion a proactive safety culture across all activities

• Tertiary qualification in WHS or related discipline
• Proven experience in health and αντιμε safetycef for major projects
• Knowledge of transmission or high-voltage environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement andალა communication skills
• Ability to travel and work onsite nationally
