REQ-Fronius is a family-owned company from Austria operating in the electrical and electronics industry. Fronius Welding continually revolutionizes welding technology, while Fronius Solar & Energy focuses on maximizing the use of solar energy and optimizing battery charging systems for intralogistics. Its subsidiary Fronius España employs around 100 people, with its main office located in Getafe, Madrid.#
** Tasks & Responsibilities
*** Commercial and organizational responsibility for the entire subsidiary, including all strategic sales topics of the strategic business segments (Welding, Solar & Energy) and all general departments (e.g. Finance and Human Resources, IT, Facility, Supply Chain Management, etc.);
* Implementation and assurance of strategy achievement through sales management;
* Further development of sales processes in close cooperation with national and international counterparts;
* Contact person for governmental or other authorities;
* Primary responsibility for financial and legal compliance;
* Continuous review and documentation of achievement of targets;
* Monitoring of market developments and forecasting;
* Budgeting and cost responsibility including profit and loss statement for the entire subsidiary; and
* Reporting to Fronius International GmbH.## Leadership
* Identification with the sales strategies of all strategic business segments;
* Strategic leadership and decision-making to ensure sustainable growth;
* Creation and development of policy frameworks and employee related activities together with HR;
* Identification and promotion of Fronius values, culture (Fronius Way) and leadership framework to ensure above average standards in leadership, corporate culture and employer attractiveness;
* Promoting one common culture and one common mindset within the entire subsidiary;
* Establishing decision-making and control principles based on numbers, data and facts;
* Establishing and promoting internal and external networks to ensure a continuous exchange of experience and know-how building;
* Consistently adhering to common standards, processes, tools and methodologies to achieve performance and growth objectives; and
* Ensuring a high level of competitiveness and performance of the entire subsidiary.#
** Skills & Requirements**## Professional & Personal
* Experience in sales, sales strategy, controlling and management as well as in industrial distribution;
* Experience in developing and maintaining strong partner networks as well as in creating and directing long term sales strategies;
* Experience in people management, maintaining good culture and implementing frameworks;
* Knowledge of the most significant ERP processes;
* Strong competence in labor law to ensure compliance and support HR-related decisions;
* Grasp of accounting and legal processes;
* Target- and self-motivated;
* Good communication skills and highly developed team approach;
* Willingness to travel; and
* Readiness to further education and training.## Language
* Spanish fluency (spoken & written) is required;
* English fluency (spoken & written) is required;
* German is an advantage.
