We are now opening the selection process for the position of:
Training Manager — Global Risks Academy (GRA)A Training Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing an organization’s training programs, overseeing course design, instructor and resource selection, logistics, and the management of field activities. They supervise student evaluation and certification, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and academic quality. Their role is to guarantee that each course is delivered to the highest professional standards, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to the growth of the training entity.
In the case of GRA Training, their mission is to organize, lead, and execute courses from initial planning to final certification, ensuring operational safety, regulatory compliance, and a high professional and instructional standard.
- Plan and schedule tactical and operational courses.
- Select instructors, materials, vehicles, and required resources.
- Lead HEAT, SERE, TCCC, HECPO, Survival, and Bootcamp training sessions.
- Develop new UAS (drone) and K9 training programs.
- Coordinate logistics, attendance, safety checks, evaluation, and certification.
- Apply strict safety standards, sector regulations, and risk‑management criteria.
- Promote continuous improvement and ensure training excellence.
- Proven operational experience (Armed Forces, security, SAR, or similar).
- Ability to lead in the field and manage comprehensive logistics.
- Procedure‑oriented mindset, high standards, and strong operational discipline.
- Preferred qualifications:
UAS certification, K9 experience, TCCC/HEAT/SERE credentials, and operational English.
- Take part in building and developing GRA Training from the ground up.
- Career progression toward roles with greater responsibility (Head of Training / Training Director).
- Professional development in an environment with national and international reach.
- Contribute to training programs with real impact on capabilities, security, and resilience.
The position will initially be part‑time, with a base salary and additional incentives per course delivered.
