Financial​/Administrative Controller

Responsibilities

• Supervise and analyze financial reporting of key projects (actual vs. planned).
• Strategic evaluation of country positioning (clients, institutions, stakeholders, procedures).
• Monitor the portfolio of interest and ensure compliance with commercial planning.
• Support in the definition and follow-up of risk matrices for awarded projects.
• Control the initial offer master file and review the DE1 strategy document.
• Identify and monitor macroeconomic risks and their implications.
• Validate project planning, comparative charts, and invoices exceeding approval thresholds.
• Prepare evaluation and final project closure reports.
• Periodic reporting:
  Quarterly: Business, Financials, HR, Procurement –
  Annual extended: Financials, HR, Procurement
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance financial insight and value creation.
• Define and standardize accounting and financial policies across the organization.

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in international environments.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Proficient in financial reporting tools and systems (Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Lucanet, FO365).
• Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.
• Leadership, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure.
