About the Role:
We are supporting a leading global private banking institution in the appointment of a Senior Private Banker to further strengthen its Ultra High Net Worth (UHNWI) proposition. The role is designed for an accomplished private banking professional with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a proven track record in client acquisition, and a disciplined approach to managing sophisticated UHNWI relationships. This opportunity is suited for a banker with approximately 15–20 years of experience in private wealth management, who operates with high integrity, long‑term vision, and a deep sense of responsibility toward clients and their families.
- Develop, manage, and grow a high‑quality UHNWI client base across core European markets.
- Provide holistic advisory and discretionary portfolio solutions, ensuring best‑in‑class execution and long‑term performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients with complex personal, family, and investment needs, addressing wealth planning, structuring, and multi‑asset investment strategies.
- Actively source new business opportunities through a strong personal network and strategic market engagement.
- Coordinate with internal investment specialists, wealth planners, and risk teams to deliver bespoke, compliant, and value‑added client solutions.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and risk management.
- 15–20 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory roles serving UHNWI clients.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and grow a transferable book of at least €50M, composed of clients typically holding €2M+ investable assets.
- In‑depth expertise in discretionary and advisory portfolio management frameworks.
- Proven commercial drive, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a high‑performance environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex investment ideas clearly and credibly.
- Strong understanding of global markets, asset allocation, and multi‑jurisdictional wealth issues.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional European languages are an advantage.
- A highly engaged, results‑driven professional with strong personal credibility and entrepreneurial energy.
