The RoleAs an Enquiry Specialist
, you will be the first point of contact for families exploring our school, helping shape their initial impression and guiding them through the earliest stages of the admissions journey. You will respond to enquiries received through phone calls, email, the website, open days, and walk‑ins, ensuring every parent receives a warm, professional, and informative experience. Your role involves capturing accurate data, qualifying enquiries, and providing tailored information that supports families as they move from initial interest to application.
You will monitor the admissions pipeline, support the Admissions Officer with CRM accuracy, and help identify opportunities to strengthen our visibility through local partnerships and networking. In this role, your contribution directly supports our service quality, enquiry‑to‑application conversion, and the overall admissions experience.
This is a permanent, full-time role, immediately available.

Who We Are Looking ForYou are a confident communicator with strong customer‑service skills and a natural ability to build positive relationships. You bring experience in sales, customer service, or data management, and you enjoy using data to understand behaviours, identify trends, and improve performance. You are organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. You work well with others, collaborate effectively across teams, and take pride in delivering high‑quality service.
