Kensington School, Madrid, is seeking temporary Exam Invigilators to support the smooth and secure administration of IGCSE and IB mock and final exams. These roles are crucial in ensuring fairness and compliance during the exam period.

Supervise candidates during exams to maintain a calm and orderly environment.

Ensure compliance with IGCSE and IB regulations and maintain exam security.

Distribute and collect exam papers and materials accurately.

Address any issues or incidents that arise during exams promptly and appropriately.

Support the administrative team in ensuring the smooth running of exam sessions.

Vigilance, impartiality, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and punctuality.

Clear communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).

Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to safeguarding students.

Previous invigilation experience is desirable but not essential.
