About the RoleAs an Early Intervention Learning Support Teacher, you play a vital role in helping our youngest learners make progress in line with their peers. You will work closely with children, teachers, and families to identify emerging learning needs and put effective strategies in place early. Your role involves observing pupils in the classroom and playground, running small‑group interventions, and preparing individual action plans that support learning both at school and will also assess pupils who are not making expected progress and signpost families to appropriate internal or external support when needed.
Through strong relationships and clear communication, you will help create an environment where every child feels understood, supported, and able to succeed.
This is a temporary, part-time role.

Who We Are Looking ForYou are someone who builds trust quickly with children, teachers, and parents. You bring a solid understanding of the Early Years and KS1 British curriculum, child development milestones, and early indicators of learning difficulties. You are patient, empathetic, and confident in delivering difficult messages with compassion. You know how to interpret data, collaborate with colleagues, and design practical strategies that make a measurable difference.
Above all, you care deeply about early intervention and are committed to helping children thrive from the very start of their learning journey.
