• Proficient coding with Java or any object-oriented language. We care about skills, not framework experience.
• Promote and apply best practices, with strong data-driven capabilities and design pattern skills.
• Quality mindset: implement high-quality code that is clear, concise, and well tested.
• Ability to analyse and provide creative solutions to challenges, focusing on the outcome and not on the tasks.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture. You understand the power of feedback and you know how to deliver praise and constructive feedback within your team, including code reviews and mentoring more junior colleagues.
• Team player: you enjoy collaborating, sharing your skills and knowledge with others.

• Experience with Applied AI Tools

  Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered coding assistants.
