We’re looking for a hands‑on Director of Engineering to lead the charge on one of our most critical missions: architecting the future of our entire B2B ecosystem.

You will own the end‑to‑end migration from our legacy monoliths to a modern, AI‑integrated platform on GCP. This is your opportunity to dismantle the old, design the new, and make a definitive mark on a global platform that powers thousands of local businesses.

• Architect and Deliver the Future: Lead the 2‑year B2B technology transformation, migrating our core Deal Management and Merchant Center platforms to our modern "Stack 2.0" (GCP/Type Script) with zero downtime for our global sales teams.
• Build with an AI‑First Mindset: Move beyond buzzwords. You will integrate AI and LLMs as a core component of our strategy, transforming Salesforce into a high‑velocity sales engine and launching our new, AI‑powered Lead Gen 2.0 system.
• Mentor and Scale a World‑Class Team: Lead a distributed team of 30+ engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, speed, and pragmatism. You’ll delegate effectively, keeping your best talent focused on the transformation while ensuring legacy systems remain stable.

  You have a track record of leading large‑scale B2B platform modernization, successfully migrating complex legacy systems to cloud‑native architectures (ideally on GCP or AWS).
• Hands‑On Architectural Credibility: You are not far from the code. You have deep expertise in distributed systems, Type Script, and complex Salesforce integrations, and you can confidently guide your senior engineers through tough technical decisions.
• A "Scale‑Up" Mindset: You thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment where priorities shift and speed is critical. You are a pragmatic leader who can balance strategic vision with relentless execution.
