Manager–Civil & Architectural

Civil Structure and Architectural Manager (CSA) with proven track record in building Data Centers.

The CSA Manager will supervise the schedule and timeline of the construction of the Data Center.

• Coordinate all Civil/ Structure works to ensure timely accurate and delivery of the project including liaison with procurement, sales, operations, consultants, quantity surveyors and selected contractors.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for the Civil/ Structure long lead items for delivery, T&C, payments …
• Coordinate with planning team to develop the Civil/ Structure programme of works for Data Center and to follow up the progress.
• Develop and assist with the Civil/ Structure aspects of testing and commissioning, including the appointed T&C specialists from DAMAC Digital and the contractors team.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience delivering Data Center projects
• Proven track record of delivering Data Centers from conception to completion
