Project Documentation Intern

At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a   Project Documentation Intern   to join our   Greenfield & Operation Department   and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks:
Assist in organizing, classifying, and archiving project documentation, including technical documents, contracts and correspondence, etc.
Maintain project document registers and filling systems in accordance with the company and project requirements.
Assist in updating document lists
Coordinate with project engineers and other team members to collect and file project- related documents.
Support preparation of documentation packages for audits, internal reviews, etc.
Perform other documentation and administrative tasks as required by the project team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline; equivalent work experience will be also considered.
Chinese Mother-tongue   ;
Business fluency in written and spoken   English   ;
Fluent   Spanish   preferred

Other Valuable Requirements:
Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
A great sense of teamwork and ability to maintain fluid communication with colleagues.
Autonomous and self-starting individual who can work both on their own initiative and within a team.
Proactive with optimal organization. Detail Oriented with strong organizational skills.
