Job summary
Handles the domestic market admission process ensuring the organization of admission exams for undergraduate courses and the assessment of applications and related assignment of scholarships; assures bureaucratic and administrative support for the enrolment of students. Supports the enrolment team with personal counselling meetings with students and families and with phone calls to high schools for the on-field activities realization.

Key purpose of the role

Domestic Students Admission  Ensures the efficiency of the admission process by managing all the communication to new potential students regarding the admission procedures income bracket definition annual fees scholarships assignment and non-academic services.

Admission Test Organization  Handles the operative organization of the admission exam sessions by ensuring the classrooms availability in collaboration with the Registration Online Service unit and the Campus Operations Facilities unit. Keeps contacts with the faculty for the setting up of the exam evaluation commissions.

Administrative and Bureaucratic Support  Handles the matriculation documents of new students and checks payments in collaboration with the Administrative Office; keeps Salesforce pipeline constantly updated.

Domestic Enrolment Team Support  Assures the support of the Educational Counsellors to schedule the enrolment presentation in schools and personally meets potential students and families (in the office) to provide them information on Undergraduate courses.
