Join Our Team as a Store Manager at Ideal Markets! Ideal Markets is PUMPED to announce our expansion! We are HIRING a full-time Store Manager in the Madisonville/Hopkins County area. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff. The candidate will help ensure store profitability, manage inventory, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a safe environment.

The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to flexible work schedules. The Store Manager will foster outstanding customer service, oversee store operations, and drive maximum sales and profitability, including merchandise management, inventory control, expense control, and human resources. The Store Manager will ensure that all associates receive proper training, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve their highest performance.

• You will assist the District Manager with oversight of the store operations
• You will help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, recordkeeping and stocking
• You will help to maintain our high standards and provide fast and friendly service to our customers
• You will provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
• You will execute and oversee our respective food programs to ensure quality and efficiency for our customers
