Job Title:
General Laborer
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse General Laborer to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping daily warehouse operations running smoothly by supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and general material handling tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, and move products manually or using pallet jacks, carts, or basic equipment
- Sort, stack, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations
- Assist with receiving shipments, including counting, labeling, and staging inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Support cycle counts, inventory checks, and restocking shelves
- Break down boxes, dispose of packaging, and manage warehouse waste
- Assist forklift operators and warehouse staff with general tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 20lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
