General Laborer

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse General Laborer to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping daily warehouse operations running smoothly by supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and general material handling tasks.

• Load, unload, and move products manually or using pallet jacks, carts, or basic equipment
• Sort, stack, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations
• Assist with receiving shipments, including counting, labeling, and staging inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Support cycle counts, inventory checks, and restocking shelves
• Break down boxes, dispose of packaging, and manage warehouse waste
• Assist forklift operators and warehouse staff with general tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 20lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
