1st Shift: 7am – 3:30pm

The Order Selector is responsible for filling customers' grocery orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. They ensure the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and product type
• Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms
• Tag or mark orders as requested
• Repack orders when necessary
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
• Stock product in pick slots
• Conduct physical inventories as required
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
• Operate in a manner that promotes safety and complies with OSHA and MSDS standards
• Meet company standards for productivity
• Be regular in attendance and comply with the Company Attendance Policy

• Operate powered lift trucks when required
• Conduct safety inspections on any equipment used
• Use handheld computers/scanners and voice‑enabled computers

• Knowledge of warehouse procedures
• Knowledge of stock rotation procedures
• Ability to read and write legibly in English
• Ability to count accurately and do simple math
• Must be capable of standing, walking and climbing stairs for extended periods
• Must be capable of climbing, stooping, and kneeling
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 80 lbs
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to hear well enough to communicate with co‑workers
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
• Professional communication with supervisors and co‑workers
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

High school graduate or equivalent, with excellent math skills.
