• Transport guests to and/or from the hospital, casino, hotel or local area in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner using safe driving practices.
• Assist guests with luggage, including delivery and pick‑up of guest luggage during arrivals and departures.
• Maintain vehicle activity and maintenance logs.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before each shift, monitor vehicle condition and submit reports of malfunctions.
• Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
• Perform occasional light snow removal from parking lot and vehicles.
• No nights or weekends required.

• High school diploma or General Education Development (GED).
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement issued by the state.
• At least 21 years of age and maintain a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Must pass criminal background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and drug screen plus other client requirements.
• Must have at least three years of commercial driving experience or nine years of general licensed driving experience.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Must pass annual or semi‑annual MVR check and maintain DOT endorsements.
• Must complete Wheelchair Safety Training (as applicable).
• Must possess current Medical Examiner’s Certificate and complete bi‑annual physical exam as required.

• Strong customer‑service skills – energetic, upbeat.
• Ability to read and write standard English and to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information effectively in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
• Basic math skills – add and subtract three‑digit numbers, multiply and divide by tens and hundreds, and understand 24‑hour and military time systems.

The position requires talking, hearing, sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, running, handling objects and using the vehicle’s controls. The majority of work will be performed outdoors, including exposure to extreme heat and cold. Lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, or 20 pounds constantly may be required.

Hourly base pay: $20 per hour. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, basic life, AD&D, short‑term and long‑term disability and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Monday and Friday 4:15 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.;
Monday and Friday 2:15 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.;
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 2:15 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
