Insight FS operates in agronomy, agri‑finance, precision agriculture, nutrient management, energy, feed, grain, and turf.

• OPERATE and MAINTAIN single, tandem, or multi‑axle trucks/trailers and forklifts for delivery/pick‑up of agronomy/energy products following specified time schedules.
• Maintain all assigned vehicles, conduct daily safety checks, pre‑trip inspections, and follow preventative maintenance program.
• Load and unload trucks according to company policies and DOT regulations.
• Ensure deliveries and pick‑ups and associated documentation meet company expectations and standards.
• Maintain company equipment, adhere to uniform policy, maintain professional image.
• Demonstrate FS Way Standards:

• Perform basic shop maintenance and other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a CDL license with required endorsements and valid medical card and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.
• Exposure to extreme weather, noisy conditions, dust, fumes, chemicals, electrical hazards; requires appropriate safety measures.
