Aqua Group Fitness Instructor – East YMCA of Dane County

Do you love the water? Do you have daytime availability? East YMCA is looking for a daytime water aerobics instructor.

FREE YMCA Membership! Includes all 3 locations.

• Provides high quality, safe, and motivating instruction, adapting based on individual needs.
• Increases member retention by offering personalized member experiences and building positive relationships among members, staff, volunteers, and guests.
• Facilitates the development of small communities, helping members connect with others.
• Works well independently and on a team.
• Ensures the safety of all members and guests.
• Is available to support fellow instructors by subbing where possible; teaching is available in all 3 locations.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Instructor certification preferred.

• Rate dependent on certifications and years of teaching experience.
• Additional pay for setup time before and after class.
