Assistant Coach

Assistant Coaches in the Wisconsin Football program are responsible for a variety of tasks that may vary based on the specific position. This recruitment will be used to fill current and future needs for various Assistant position coaches.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Coaching and player development
• Recruiting and talent evaluation
• Game planning and analysis
• Administrative and program support

The starting salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

• Experience working in a collegiate or professional football program
• Knowledge of NCAA and B1G rules and regulations
• Ability to work cooperatively with diverse groups and administrators, faculty, staff, and students

Prior collegiate or professional football coaching experience

Bachelor’s degree is required for all coaching positions.

Conditions of Appointment:
This is a 100% Limited appointment. Salary will be assigned within the appropriate range, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also included. Successful applicants are responsible for ensuring their eligibility to work in the United States (i.e. a citizen or national of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, a foreign national authorized to work in the United States without need of employer sponsorship) on or before the effective date of appointment.
