Weekend Soccer Instructor (Ages 2-8 years old) – Soccer Shots Madison (Dane County) – $20-$24/hour – Part-time. Part-time / Flexible schedule. Soccer Shots is a non-competitive, character-focused soccer program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-8. We are looking for part-time instructors who are passionate about working with children. We are looking for weekend soccer instructors to work our fall soccer season.

• Weekdays (9:00AM-12:30PM)
• Weekday Evenings (4:30PM-6:30PM)
• Weekends (9:00am - 12:30pm) – Must be available on Saturday and Sunday mornings for the fall season.

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate soccer instruction to groups of children (ages 2-8)
• Ensure safety and maintain a positive, inclusive coaching environment
• Follow the program’s curriculum and communicate effectively with childcare staff, parents, and administrators
• Be punctual, prepared, and dependable for assigned sessions

• Responsible:
  Timely, attentive, safety conscious, and committed to fulfilling assigned schedule
• Engaging:
  Comfortable and confident, able to keep a group of 10+ children safely engaged
• Enthusiastic & Fun:
  Outgoing and able to connect with young children
• Patient/Adaptable:
  Able to handle distractions and adjust as needed

  Friendly and courteous in all communication

  Collaborative, dependable, good communicator
• Soccer Enthusiast:
  Soccer experience is preferred; if strong with children or other sports, this can work
• Prior Experience Working with Children:
  Must be able to engage and interact with 2-8 year olds
• Reliable Transportation:
  Safe, reliable car; responsible for travel to sites; clean driving record
• Background check cleared:
  Must pass State Background Check and FBI Fingerprinting
• Must be at least 18 years of age
