The Auto Body Technician plays a pivotal role in our promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle to restore it to pre-accident condition while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Plan repair work, prepare cost estimates, and use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.
- Remove dents, mix and apply filler resins, realign chassis, and repair structural damage.
- Replace or repair damaged sections of vehicles, including glass and windshields.
- Reinstall interior parts and weld or attach new components.
- Prep and repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint or approved equivalents.
- Attempt to complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3‑year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
- Read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
- Work effectively with other repairers in the shop.
- Understand repair methods and procedures for vehicle bodies.
- Proficient in using trade tools.
- Work safely in a noisy area with many odors.
- Lift up to 30 pounds.
- Visually inspect vehicle damage in various weather conditions.
- Be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat for repairs and inspections.

Compensation: $70,000 – $125,000 per year
