The Auto Body Technician plays a pivotal role in our promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle to restore it to pre-accident condition while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan repair work, prepare cost estimates, and use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.
• Remove dents, mix and apply filler resins, realign chassis, and repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair damaged sections of vehicles, including glass and windshields.
• Reinstall interior parts and weld or attach new components.
• Prep and repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint or approved equivalents.
• Attempt to complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3‑year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

• Read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Work effectively with other repairers in the shop.
• Understand repair methods and procedures for vehicle bodies.
• Proficient in using trade tools.

• Work safely in a noisy area with many odors.
• Lift up to 30 pounds.
• Visually inspect vehicle damage in various weather conditions.
• Be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat for repairs and inspections.

Compensation: $70,000 – $125,000 per year
