Madison, WI

Full‑Time | Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Non‑Exempt

IKM Building Solutions is seeking a Dispatcher responsible for taking applicable information from customer callers and dispatching all HVAC requests to the service technicians.

• Accommodate a heavy volume of calls from customers and field service technicians.
• Efficiently dispatch all HVAC service requests to the service technicians per IKM response standards.
• Organize and dispatch service requests, including determining which calls are most critical.
• Schedule all planned and unplanned maintenance calls with customers and technicians.
• Maintain knowledge of service technician whereabouts in order to provide accurate estimate of technician arrival to the customer.
• Check in service paperwork and close completed service tickets daily.
• Generate expiring maintenance agreement list and notify all Project Managers with applicable list monthly – follow up to ensure PMA is booked prior to expiration.
• Create service tickets monthly for upcoming PMAs.
• Participate in department meetings as requested.
• Ensure accuracy of service technician time reporting and provide time sheets for payroll each Monday.
• Perform additional assignments as requested and maintain a teamwork attitude.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 6-12 months or dispatch/call center experience.
• Knowledge of general customer service principles and practices.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written.
