Responsibilities
- Build electrical systems and test electrical systems and components for functionality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams and technical specifications to determine wiring layouts and installation procedures.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards in all work activities.
- Experience utilizing modern electrical test equipment: (IE: oscilloscope, multi-meter)
- Wiring harness assembly and troubleshooting
- Soldering
- Ability to follow electrical diagrams
- Experience fabricating electro-mechanical test systems
- Familiarity with Lab View
- Familiarity with Windows-based test systems
