Key Responsibilities
  • Carpentry & Skilled Labor
    • Perform rough and finish carpentry for general contracting

    • Read and interpret blueprints and general contracting drawings

    • Execute layouts, measurements, and material installations with precision

    • Install framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, flooring, doors/windows, and more

    • Assist with demolition, site prep, and general labor

  • Project Support
    • Work alongside Foremen and Project Managers to execute daily work plans

    • Communicate site progress, material needs, and potential issues clearly

    • Support coordination with subcontractors and inspectors

  • Jobsite Standards & Safety
    • Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsite environments

    • Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols

    • Respect client homes and ensure professionalism in occupied spaces

  • Quality & Accountability
    • Deliver work that meets All Service Specialists' standards of craftsmanship

    • Accurately document progress, take site photos, and communicate updates

    • Represent the company with professionalism and reliability

  • Secondary Responsibilities
    • Mentorship and apprenticeship development

    • During the snowy season, provide supporting services for our snow operations.
      • Must have flexibility to be on call during snow season

Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of carpentry experience (both rough and finish)

  • Solid understanding of tools, materials, and general contracting methods

  • Able to interpret blueprints, perform accurate layouts, and build to spec

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in varied site conditions

  • Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and job updates

  • Experience with full home remodels, additions, and structural work

  • Knowledge of building codes and inspection processes

Schedule
