• Frame, install, and finish kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions
• Collaborate with team members to meet timelines and uphold high standards
• Troubleshoot and problem‑solve with creativity and efficiency
• Mentor junior carpenters and model professionalism
• Maintain safe, organized, and efficient job sites
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with both clients and coworkers

• 5+ years of carpentry experience in remodeling or residential construction
• Ability to read plans, confidently use tools, and build with precision
• Strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset
• Personal hand tools and a valid driver’s license
• Pride in your work and a professional approach to every job

• Light plumbing or electrical knowledge
• Interest in energy‑efficient or sustainable building practices

• Pay: $28–$39 per hour, based on experience
