• Willing and physically capable of performing carpentry tasks
• Having a high commitment to quality and customer service is required.
• Performing tasks involving physical labor at construction sites
• Operating tools at construction sites
• Aiding craft workers
• Cleaning construction sites
• Experience with hand and power tools is required.
• Accurately building and installing windows, doors and cabinets
• Strong accuracy with numbers, measurements, and knowledge of how to read blueprints
• Organization and cleanliness is a must
• Working and collaborating with team members cohesively and work independently
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our methods and processes
• Taking safety of yourself and team members seriously
• Self‑starting ability
• Show efficiency and provide quality work.

• Two years previous laborer/carpenter experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willing to travel with occasional overnight trips
