HVAC Service Technician

Capitol Mechanical Inc. is a full service commercial HVAC contractor serving Wisconsin since 1971. We are an established company with many key employees working here for over 20 years. Their wealth of experience combined with the desire to provide the highest possible quality of work for our customers is key to our success.

• Troubleshoot and repair multiple system types.
• Perform routine maintenance on commercial equipment.
• Maintain working relationships with customers.
• Participate in company-provided training.
• Communicate with dispatcher issues and time frames for work load.
• On call rotation.
• Maintain company provided vehicle and tools.
• Present a professional appearance and manner.

• 1+ years of commercial, and/or residential HVAC service technician experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience with troubleshooting wide variety of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Working knowledge of boiler systems.
• Understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
• Communication skills with customers, co-workers and managers.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
