As a Field Service Technician
, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing state‑of‑the‑art door equipment. This is a full‑time position with occasional night/weekend on‑call requirements and ample opportunities for overtime. You will work independently, represent AEW with professionalism, and ensure customer satisfaction.

In this role you will…
  • Service and repair of automatic swing, sliding, revolving and security door equipment throughout Wisconsin
  • Communicate with management, sales department, general contractors and end‑users
  • Fill out proper paperwork to meet company requirements
You’ve got what it takes if you have…
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic with quality customer service
  • Electrical and/or mechanical or construction experience is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with power and hand tools
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work without supervision

In this role, you will need a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a drug test, be able to occasionally lift door panels that can weigh over 100 pounds, be able to pass a physical, and need to be available after hours (occasionally) as this position requires the tech to be on call approximately every six weeks.
