Driver- Rollback

Dawes Rigging and Crane Rental, Inc. in Madison is seeking a Rollback Driver to assist in transporting aerial lift equipment to job sites. This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position with comprehensive benefits.

Candidate Sign‑On Bonus: $500 payable after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.

• Transport aerial lift equipment in a safe and professional manner.
• Operate an Electronic Logging Device (ELD).
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations.
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken.

• Must have a Class A CDL with an acceptable MVR.
• Must have a current Medical Examiner's card.
• Ability to strap and chain heavy equipment.
• Work safely around moving machinery.
• Work in conditions with marked changes in temperature and humidity.
• Strong initiative required; work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Perform physically demanding work such as crane assembly/disassembly.
• Willing to work out of town on occasion.

• Driver's license
