Overview

Drywaller/craftsman (full time or part time). Ace Handyman Services is an equal opportunity employer. We are seeking highly motivated professional Craftsmen with skills in multiple trades, specifically with drywall experience and/or carpentry experience. We are looking for talented, multi-skilled Craftsmen who are committed to quality work and customer service.

• Communicate with Management, Office Personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers to ensure quality service.
• Look around properties and communicate to the customer about things you could repair or that our company can handle; earn the customer’s confidence and identify additional work when appropriate.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely, professional manner and strive to exceed customer expectations.
• Be an integral part of a winning team, showing punctuality, efficiency, and integrity.
• Use professional judgment to diagnose issues and develop prompt resolutions.

• Good general knowledge of multiple trades, including drywall, carpentry, tile, flooring installation, plumbing, electrical, deck and fencing, and related trades.
• Drywall and/or carpentry experience required; ability to perform across multiple trades is preferred.
• Proficient in troubleshooting with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Presentable, clean-cut appearance and a decent-looking vehicle; organized tools.
• Ability to work independently with strong task management and customer-service orientation.
• Must be able to use own tools and will receive a monthly tool stipend to cover wear and tear costs.

• Very competitive pay: $29.00 – $32.00 per hour, starting pay with opportunity to increase.
• W-2 status with the flexibility of an independent job.
