** What You’ll Do
*** Perform daily maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, appliances)
* Complete unit turnovers and maintain common areas
* Conduct routine building and grounds inspections
* Communicate with vendors and contractors
* Maintain curb appeal with daily property walks and seasonal prep (snow, leaves, etc.)
* Support the emergency on-call rotation
* Ensure tools, equipment, and inventory are maintained
* Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
* Follow all safety protocols and support overall property operations
** What We’re Looking For
*** Experience levels vary by position—both entry-level and skilled technicians encouraged to apply
* Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair is a plus
* Valid driver’s license required for all positions
* Preference given to candidates with previous snow plow driving experience
* Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
* Ability to participate in the on-call rotation
* Maintenance Supervisors must hold an EPA Universal certification
* HVAC/EPA Type II or Universal preferred for Maintenance I/II roles
* CPO certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
