As an Insulator Assistant, you will support the installation of insulation on commercial construction sites, gaining skills that can launch a long‑term career in the trade. You will work Hands‑on, reliable and ready to learn, contributing to a safety‑first environment.

Base pay: $40,560.00/yr – $43,680.00/yr.

Hourly wage: $19.50 – $21.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

• Cut and prepare insulation materials using tools such as knives, saws, scissors, and tape measures.
• Fit insulation around pipes, ducts, and other mechanical systems, including around tricky obstructions.
• Install, remove, and repair insulation to support temperature control and noise reduction in commercial spaces.
• Follow safety protocols and help maintain a safe work environment by supporting our strong safety culture.

• Monday – Thursday, 6 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• 3‑Day weekend.
• Overtime on Friday when necessary.
• Year‑round work.

• Current valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow directions and learn quickly.
• Comfortable communicating with both field and office staff.
• Ability to multi‑task and work efficiently.
• Self‑motivated, punctual, and eager to contribute.
