Bachmann Pools, Spas & Saunas is looking for a licensed, dependable, and experienced Electrician to join our Field Operations team. This full-time role is ideal for a self‑motivated professional who takes pride in their work, excels at diagnosing and solving problems, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to residential customers. You'll be working hands‑on with our hot tub, sauna, swim spa, pool and cold plunge systems, helping homeowners enjoy safe and efficient wellness experiences across the region.

• Perform residential electrical installations and service for hot tubs, saunas, swim spas, pools, and cold plunge systems.
• Diagnose electrical issues and create accurate proposals for service and installations.
• Ensure all work meets safety codes, building regulations, and company standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Interpret and follow electrical diagrams and schematics per the manufacturer’s diagram.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Drive to customer homes and job sites as required (company vehicle provided).
• Participate in ongoing training and safety programs.

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Strong math skills and the ability to generate accurate proposals.
• Clear, professional communication and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized with strong time management skills.

Full-Time:
Monday–Friday

Overtime as needed based on project timelines and customer needs

Based out of Madison, WI with travel to local customer homes and job sites

Must be comfortable with daily travel within the regional service area (company vehicle provided)
