Security Officer - Logistics Access Control Overnights

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Control access at entry and exit points by checking identification, verifying appointments and/or pickup and delivery documentation, issuing visitor credentials, and directing traffic flow according to site procedures.;
Monitor and document inbound and outbound activity including visitor, contractor, and carrier logs and/or electronic systems, and report irregularities per post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access areas, dock approaches, and perimeter-adjacent routes as required by the location, noting and reporting maintenance issues and/or suspicious conditions.
