Security Officer - Access Control Gate

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a high-volume logistics and distribution location.;
Control access at entry points by checking identification, verifying credentials, issuing temporary badges, and maintaining visitor and contractor logs in accordance with site requirements.;
Monitor inbound and outbound traffic including employees, visitors, and/or commercial vehicles, coordinating with operations staff to confirm appointments, shipping and receiving instructions, and restricted-area access.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, dock areas, and perimeter lines to help to identify unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or policy violations, with working conditions that may vary by location.
