The company provides full‑service security solutions for homes and businesses including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services and background checks.

Full Time / Part Time

• Must have previous security experience
• Must have current or renewable WI State Security License
• HS Diploma, GED, or HS Equivalency
• Must have computer skills, including database experience
• Must have experience with CCTV/camera systems
• Must be able to perform walking patrols and tours
• Must be able to stand, walk or sit for extended periods of time
• Must past on‑site drug test at time of hire

• Ensure a safe environment for visitors and employees with active patrolling and monitoring of the campus and a strong professional appearance and attitude
• Safeguard personnel, company assets, customers and visitors
• Respond immediately and appropriately to incidents as they arise
• Collaborate with on‑site team and management, and with Per Mar supervisors

• Provide access control in and out of the gate: logging all trucks, vans, etc.
• Walking patrol of the campus inside and outside to secure buildings, doors, gates, etc. regardless of weather conditions
• Monitor surveillance and access control equipment and perform inspections
• Complete daily reports as needed
• Investigate and take appropriate action as situations arise

• Advanced skills with computers, security equipment, and surveillance systems
• Experience in one of the following fields:
• • Security
  • Law Enforcement / Political Science
  • Military
  • Criminal Justice / Corrections
  • Military / EMS
